The KSP, the largest internship in the teacher training programme – and what now?

For Angie and Sarah, two former MEd primary schools students, the Complex School Internship (KSP) was like jumping in at the deep end. "At the end of the day,
we came out of it with a lot of great experiences, but we would have liked to have known a lot of things beforehand. That's why we're offering an informal exchange for anyone interested, whether they're doing a Bachelor's or Master's degree," they say. "We completed our internships at two Thuringian schools in the winter semester of 2023/24 and you can ask us any questions you have. We will also bring a lot with us. There will definitely be information on how the KSP works at school and university, as well as some helpful tips and materials."
