In 2024, University Health Management is once again organising a Preventive Care Day on the University of Erfurt campus together with AOK PLUS and other health insurance companies.

Programme:

29 October 2024, 9 am – 4 pm // AOK PLUS // C02, room 1.37
"Clue-medical stress measurement"
A cardiac ECG is recorded within two minutes and the analysed recordings are transferred to the corresponding computer software. Measurements of cardiac functions can be carried out within a very short time. Cardiac activity is analysed so that arrhythmias and other heart diseases can be detected. The personal stress level is displayed to warn of possible burnout. Please register by emailing gesundheit@uni-erfurt.de.

29 October 2024, 11 am – 4 pm // Suhl Blood Donation Service // C01, area of the former wardrobe
"Show courage, donate blood"
Regular blood tests are part of preventive healthcare. Anyone who donates blood also receives a general health check by a doctor in advance and supports the healthcare system by creating valuable blood reserves that can save the lives of others. Health Management has therefore once again organised an appointment with the Suhl Blood Donation Service on campus. Please bring your identity card and – if you have one – your blood donor card. Registration is not required.

30.10.2024, 9 am – 1 pm // C21, room 0.09
"Flu vaccination"
There is also a flu vaccination offer on campus again this year. The vaccination will take place in room 0.09 in the KIZ (ground floor left) and will be offered by the family doctor Winkler from Jena. Booster vaccinations against tetanus and tick-borne encephalitis are also available on request (no primary vaccination/basic immunisation). To coordinate an appointment, please send an email to gesundheit@uni-erfurt.de.
