The university group "campusgrün" invites you to a discussion with Hannah Neumann (MEP, Die Grünen/EFA) and Thomas Rieke (SPD) to talk about and discuss EU politics.

Information from the organiser:

European elections are coming up soon! Ok, but what exactly does that mean? Who do you vote for and what exactly do they do in Brussels (or Strasbourg)?

EU politics is often complicated and opaque. However, Europe plays a bigger role in many areas of our lives than we often realise – from regulations on microplastics to migration and climate policy.

As part of a fishbowl discussion, we want to give you the opportunity to get to know candidates for the European Parliament and ask them all the questions about EU policy that have always been of burning interest to you!

Come to lecture hall 4 on 21 May at 7 pm and join the discussion! (Due to the expected bad weather, the event will be moved to the lecture hall as a precaution).
